RETURN REFUND POLICY*

Everyone is concerned with an online seller's return and refund policy. I am too. It is very rare I get a return. However, if you purchased the Craps Mat are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to me for a full refund.

​If you purchased on Amazon or ETSY, please use their platform for returns. For those who purchased here on CrapsMat.com website using Square or PayPal, the information below applies.

RETURNS

All returns must be within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new condition, exactly the way you received it. Please watch the set up and breakdown video on the bottom of the home page so that you pack up the unit as you received it.

RETURN PROCESS

To return the Craps Mat, please email me at [email protected] to obtain a Return shipping label. 

*Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping charges after 10 days upon purchase date.

Don't wait the full 30 days. Return shipping rates can cost you up to $30 for customers on the east coast.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return with Square or PayPal. Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item to process your return even though I generally do it the same day. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
